Harvard's "E-Rulemaking: Information Technology and Regulatory Policy" Report Issued

The Regulatory Policy Program at the Harvard's Kennedy School of Government's Center for Business and Government has issued a report entitled "E-Rulemaking: Information Technology and Regulatory Policy."
