Changes to Administrative Rules Review Committee; Meeting Scheduled
The Division has received word that the Legislature's Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) membership, created by Section 63-46a-11, has changes. Rep. Kory Holdaway has replaced Speaker Greg Curtis, Rep. Carol Spackman Moss has replaced Rep. Brent Goodfellow (who had replaced Rep. Judy Buffmire in January), and Sen. Mark B. Madsen has replaced Sen. Al Mansell.
With these changes, the 2005 committee consists of:
* House Chair -- Rep. David Ure, (R)
* Rep. James R. Gowans (D);
* Rep. Kory M. Holdaway (R);
* Rep. Carol Spackman Moss (D); and
* Rep. Merlynn T. Newbold (R)
* Senate Chair -- Sen. Howard A. Stephenson (R)
* Sen. Mike Dmitrich, Minority Leader, (D);
* Sen. Mark B. Madsen, (R);
* Sen. Ed P. Mayne (D); and
* Sen. Michael G. Waddoups (R)
